The Farmer from Bivalve

This is Jay Martin who with his wife Amy run Provident Organic Farm in Bivalve, Maryland. This year I am once again buying a share in their CSA (community supported agriculture).

For a month now I was wondering what to do with the monetary Christmas gifts I received. My first inclination was to stash it away given the bleak economy. However, another part of me said spend it and keep the economy going. But how? The organic farm share was the perfect answer. So thank you Mom and thank you Aunt Jean and Uncle Charlie for helping me "eat my veggies." I get generous bags full of goodies every Saturday from May to November. Yippee!!!!
