Poor Tookie Bear

Somehow, we are not sure how, Suki, better known as Tookie Bear, hurt her leg. I took her to the vet today and told them I thought it was either an injury or lyme disease...and guess what. She had both. A small vertical fracture near the first joint and she tested positive for lyme. She has been doing pretty well tripoding around on 3 legs but she does get tired. As usual she is a vibrant little spirit and it seems like she will heal very well. Her brace comes off in 2 weeks. So far she has not chewed on the bandage so all is well.
