Mugly Fugly Maryland

Well folks, we are in the thick of it. Hot hot hot and hotter yet next week. All you readers in the north should feel happy about not living here in the summer. Yuck, at least from July to August. I am surviving just fine in the air conditioning but miss walks outside. I am putting in pretty full days at work but I welcome my breaks in the pool. Here is a great tip for hot weather: I use an electrolyte drink mix called ElectroMIX. I mix it with a liter of water everyday and it really helps. Its a lot better than all those sugary sports drinks, well, it does not taste sweet but I sort of like that.
