We were some of the few people who made it in to work today, but we headed home around 10am. This is just a crazy blizzard for Maryland and a second one at that. I am amazed, just amazed. I think I remember only one storm that was worse when I lived in Michigan, back in the 70s. We have power so we are really feeling lucky. On the short trip from Easton to Trappe we were in a white out blizzard. Just incredible.I am spending time working on tedious computer code. Still learning.
Richard was just out clearing the heat pumps. It looks like we will still have 3 more hours of this. He said there is a drift in the back yard up to his chest. This is truly a day to stay home. With 30-50 mile-an-hour winds it is quite unpleasant.
