Another episode in the bird's nest saga. Only one of the baby birds survived but this guy is huge. I guess it is because he gets all the food. At first I was worried he was a cowbird but no, I checked the photos online and this little guy is definitely a robin and not an intruder. Also the four eggs were all robin blue and there were no speckled eggs from a cowbird. So in just a few short weeks this little guy is starting to look like a real birdie, so cool.

Big Bird
Another episode in the bird's nest saga. Only one of the baby birds survived but this guy is huge. I guess it is because he gets all the food. A footnote: This bird has flown! No sign of Big Bird this morning (Friday) so it looks like Richard can trim the bush now. It was really neat seeing him grow up.
